Strong presentation is critical in today’s market.

Your home is showcased with professional photography, video walkthroughs, floor plans, and, when appropriate, drone footage. Each listing is supported by custom marketing materials designed to highlight what makes your home stand out.

Step 4: Pre Market Exposure

Before your home goes fully live, I work to build early interest.

This includes exposure within the @properties and Christie’s International Real Estate network, private and coming soon outreach, and targeted marketing to agents and buyers who are actively searching.

Step 5: Full Market Launch

Once live, your home receives broad exposure.

Your listing is entered into the MLS and distributed across major real estate platforms, supported by digital marketing and ongoing agent outreach. Showings, traffic, and feedback are monitored closely so we can adjust strategy when needed.

Step 6: Offer Strategy and Negotiation

When offers come in, I help you evaluate more than just price.

We review terms, timing, contingencies, and buyer strength to determine the best overall path forward. My role is to protect your goals, manage negotiations, and help you make confident decisions.

Once under contract, attention to detail matters.

I coordinate with attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and other parties to keep everything on track. From inspections and appraisals through final walkthrough and closing, I stay actively involved so nothing is missed.

My support does not end at closing.
